The New Strategic MH Deal - Done for you Program

This program is meant to capitalize on the mobile home park owner's experience, resources, and the simple fact that they already have management presence in the community. 

Under this program, you are writing a check for the home and then getting your monthly payments in the mailbox each month until the home is paid off. 

The park owner and manager do the rest. 

This takes all the complications out of the program for you.  You are selling the home to the park owner, who in turns will sell it to the resident.
