We're not newbies. I'm 46 and bought my
first apts when I was 25. Have had parks since 2004 and love
them. We are only considering selling some homes/notes to
reinvest in other parks we'd like to buy. So we are committed
to this business. We have an excellent reputation with all 4
banks we work with and long list of references we've bought parks
and homes from. Credit scores right at 800. We believe
in a win-win scenario and will be the eyes and ears for the
